Oh, and ONE other thing -- I take dreams that are usually quickly forgotten, and many nightmares due to my farthermost PTSD from losing all the main factors of my life within an viii year bridge, from 21 to 29 (my husband at age 21, my begetter four years later, my female parent three years afterward that, and custody of my youngest son in a brutal court case a mere ii years after that). The night afterwards I finished reading this book, I dreamed that the devil came to me and offered me a gift that was very tempting. He said he would have my memories from me, and that I would awaken in my own bed with no memories of their deaths, my losses, or of any of my life. In commutation he would give me the souvenir of improbable practiced luck - that I would be able to choice every winning lottery number i wanted, my son would be given dorsum to me (i'grand headed back to court to regain custody) and the volume I'yard writing would atomic number 82 me to great fame and fortune. He showed me all the images of my life, from childhood frontwards, all the terrible memories I deport with me that intrude upon me daily that I suffer with due to PTSD, and told me he would take them, all of them, and that I could awaken in my own bed with my current husband (who i believe is my soulmate, such is our love) with none of those memories or any others of my life - that I could commencement anew and never endure again. And so I furrowed my forehead and began recalling all the things i would not recover if I gave him my memories - all my good memories, of my children, my honey for my belatedly hubby, my dearest for my electric current married man, my memories of my parents and every moment of my life that held even the briefest joy. And and so I told him NO. At that point the "devil" morphed from a shining handsome human in a suit to a monster, crimson-skinned, horned and cloven footed, and grabbed me by the arm and shook me for my "stupidity" - I screamed at him NO, and awoke with bruises on my left arm where he'd grabbed me.
At present I ask you, is information technology misfiring brain waves, mere coincidence, or perhaps some Thing; perhaps non of this world, that does not want me to continue on with the knowledge that had all clicked into place . . .??
Never in one case have I considered a life of amnesia beingness a fix-all for the stress and grief I carry with me. In fact, when I was younger I considered it one of the worst things I'd ever heard of - before all the loss in my life. Just at this point in my life, under extreme feet and depression for over a decade with no relief from any medications I've tried, the proposition given to me was very, very tempting. How could my subconscious plough something I feared into something that would sound desirable - and how would I, in a "dream", be able to "think" clearly plenty to fight confronting and reject such an attracting catholicon for the mental and emotional pain I carry with me every single day?

Read it. Call me a freak or a kook, but then do some researching of your ain - about Mars, Nikola Tesla, the pyramids' unbelieveable architecture, prana, yogic methods - anything you doubt, and y'all volition discover those Tetris blocks falling into identify.

A lot of people accept recommended this volume to me, it has quite a legacy and reputation in the globe of spirit science, new historic period shamanism, consciousness, whatever yous want to call this kind of stuff. I tin't even articulate my thwarting in this fragmented mess of a book. There is no real theory presented that couldn't exist understood by watching a couple 10 minute youtube clips on merkaba meditations or the flower of life/sacred geometry.

Bob Frissell makes David Icke announced sane, rational, and organized. The book should be re-titled "about 15% of this book makes whatsoever sense whatsoever".... and oh no, non in a "this is over my caput" kind of style either. His subjectivity taints the book with an air of crackpot hippy shamanism, his allegiance to Drunvalo Melchizedek is baroque, and the book does trivial to pigment Drunvalo equally anything simply a total weirdo. Fifty-fifty so, I find the information on sacred geometry, the flower of life and merkaba breathing techniques very interesting, even if at that place is a lot of rambling and utter nonsense to wade through. But when he finds a coherent path, he leaves on a tangent that would typically leave me confused or wondering if I could just skip past it without existence ignorant or missing the point of the volume. Upon his return to a coherent stream of thought or writing, he picks upwards somewhere else and I'grand still wondering what the hell I'm even doing reading this book.

What bothers me the most, is Frissell makes and so many bold statements uncorroborated by any real world sources, credible or otherwise. For example, the story about the 300+ year onetime man, people re-manifesting in unlike bodies throughout history, the whole thing nigh 1972, the accented conviction in which he discusses Thoth and his relationship to Drunvalo Melchizedek, Thoth "leaving", and this kind of affair: "Records will indicate that there have been more than two thousand secret missions to the lunar surface.".... uh... what? No citation, no source, and he goes on rambling almost the Grayness's technology, the secret mission of the global elite in the face of an impending catastrophic pole shit and this off-the-wall mythology of Atlantis, Martians, technology and human infinite travel. He also claims—sans citation, once again—Germans landed on the moon sometime in the 20 or 30s... show? I love conspiracy theories, but considering this guy uses "Alternative 3" as a source, come on.

It was worth reading given the book's legacy but overall I found it to be a very unsatisfying read.

Well information technology'south just about all here. And isn't, as the championship rightly suggests.

Guess for yourself. It reads like the psychotic bluster of a literate person who has read a lot of metaphysical and conspiracy books. And so again, there is the occasional argument that resonates.

But consider: "All dimensional levels of this world are here and present right now and interlinked. The merely divergence between dimensional worlds is their wavelengths. Wavelength is the primal to the entire universe. We live in a reality created solely past wavelength. The wavelength of our third-dimension world is 7.23 centimeters."

Theoretical physicists are currently pondering whether the nature of reality, our perception of thing, is in some sense holographic. So there's a nugget hither. But I'd accept been hooked if Frissell's side by side paragraph had begun, "We know this because..." or "This number tin can be calculated as follows..." No such luck. He makes an analogy to the tones of the musical scale, equally if the reader doesn't know what frequency is, and and then goes on to affirm that dimensions are separated at 90-degree angles--some other unexplained fact that could fit into a coherent explanation, but doesn't.

In my comic novel Rubber Babes, the main grapheme Rollo Hemphill is sure the clandestine regime is out to get him. Rollo should read this book. Rollo farther believes that "paranoia is just a heightened state of awareness." By this measure, Bob Frissell is (happily?) off the charts.

Sadly, Not a Joke...

The merely thing wrong with this book is that it takes itself seriously. It could be a hilarious fantasy caricature on the order of "The Illuminatus Trilogy" if only it weren't trying to convince us that it's real. It reminds me of the compress in "The Terminator," who comments that Kyle Reese's psychotic delusion is brilliant because information technology doesn't require a shred of proof. Same hither: The reason our archaeologists can't detect evidence of the 500 meg years of avant-garde civilizations on World is because they all occurred on a higher dimension. Dolphins and whales are much smarter than we are, but it doesn't seem so considering "advanced beings create everything they need internally." Drunvalo Melchizedek, the book's putative hero, is ten billion years sometime and came from the center of the milky way to help u.s., just he doesn't look it considering he's "borrowing" the torso of an ordinary homo. What's more than, he doesn't even recollect whatever of that because to retain memories of the thirteenth dimension while in the third "would be merely too painful." Our sun is currently undergoing a period of intense solar flares that are engulfing the Globe, but we're not enlightened of it because a group of benevolent aliens from Sirius B constructed a holographic filigree effectually the unabridged planet so we would recollect life was going on as normal, until "we could become to where we could handle a wall of flame."

Similar I said, this is great stuff. I'm surprised no one's made a movie nearly this; information technology would exist a blockbuster. The closest I've seen is the movie "Stargate," in which we learn that the ancient Egyptian gods were really aliens who created humans as a genetically-engineered slave race to piece of work their mines. (That one'due south in this book too.)

Interspersed with these fantastic capacity are boring sets of instructions on how to breathe and so that you lot tin can inhale psychic energy or "prana" forth with your oxygen; and a treatise on "sacred geometry." What makes the geometry useless is that Frissell claims the sacred geometry is "the morphogenic structure backside reality itself," just discusses information technology through the employ of metaphors and vague references to familiar mathematic terminology. Geometry, of class, is a very specific discipline, but Frissell avoids specificity, proverb instead things like "Life doesn't know how to deal with something that has no beginning considering in that location is nowhere to start. So this sequence, which has become known as the Fibonacci Sequence, is life'due south solution to that problem."

The flaw in Frissell's "brilliant mirage" is that he starts making predictions about the future, which is always risky for psychotic basics. By the end of the century (that'due south the 20th century, by the way -- this book was written in 1994), the Earth equally we know it will accept disappeared and most of u.s.a. will accept successfully transcended to the fourth dimension, where we'll live in the harmony of christ-consciousness and empathise everything. This transcendence was plain meant to exist a conscious one, implying that information technology probably couldn't occur without our realizing it. Now it'south 2003 and I think it'southward time for a sequel explaining what went wrong with this plan.

On the other paw, if you're adrift in the world, if you've accomplished nothing and washed zippo practical with your life and you're getting on in years, isn't it comforting to believe that very soon none of information technology will thing anymore, because you'll ascend to a higher plane of consciousness and be fully invested with your cosmic destiny as an immortal chief whose purpose is to relieve the universe? At the very least, it means I don't have to worry about non having any retirement savings.

Notwithstanding, I appreciate piece of work that has the timeless characteristic in studying man nature, consciousness and physics which this somewhat misses past its urgency.

Mr. Frissell does bear upon on a variety of interesting topics and makes a instance for a dramatically different line of history than is currently accepted by academia. He also provides a far different scenario for the evolution of consciousness than the mainstream propagandists will consider even later 20 years.

I like the mode he promotes people finding the truth themselves in the same Gnostic, shamanistic way that I travel. He provides an interesting breathing technique that I will practice merely I find that his insistence of leaving the last steps to those who take his class equally a cheap marketing gimmick.

Upon rereading this review it seems I've highlighted all the negative aspects of this book. An interesting read for the open-minded, those into lost wisdom, multiple dimensions, the merkaba, ancient atlantis and the martians settling in uninvited and other mythology that seemingly runs through cultures separated my vast oceans (or the thread that ties us all together). Others may savour it if they like ancient civilization and/or Sci Fi as it has both intertwined but for Ancient Alien theorists this is much more than encompassing than Chariots of the Gods. It does a wonderful job in tying in seemingly every conspiracy theory about how we got here, why we are here, who/what had preceded us, etc.
Have "they" kept this from the populace under a shroud of secrecy and Bob put together this an unadulterated history book??? Very entertaining and makes you retrieve...ummm....nahh...await, perchance he's onto something....no this is preposterous...or is it? Entertaining if nothing else

I was gifted this volume by a friend that I'chiliad not fifty-fifty certain how I met - information technology was mailed to me from Utah with 2 very total ziplock bags of some kind of herb I was supposed to burn while reading this.

I'm someone who needs their mind gently amused into new outlooks every now and then, I'thou someone who buries themselves in logic and reality and delves into sci-fi and great philosophy in my spare fourth dimension. I read this as a teenager, it felt like 90% baloney but the 10% that sounded interesting was definitely

I'yard someone who needs their mind gently amused into new outlooks every now so, I'one thousand someone who buries themselves in logic and reality and delves into sci-fi and bang-up philosophy in my spare time. I read this as a teenager, it felt similar xc% baloney only the x% that sounded interesting was definitely worth the entire read. Every at present and so I call back about this book and chuckle. Treat it like 100% solid fiction and you lot won't get the aforementioned outcome, treat it like whatever sort of scientific fact and you lot won't take yourself seriously anymore.

Based likewise much on metaphysical and conspiracy writings for me.

Author oft mixes scientific theory & reality with his view on the world, and makes a hash of information technology. He adds null to the Philadelphia Experiment, and repeats drivel such as secret regime, illuminati, and so on.

Sacred Geometry and Right Centre of Horus are interesting, simply based on a flawed & loose estimation of Genesis.

From chapter eighteen. The Breath of Life, it gets interesting and the section on re-birthing, healing and Life

Author ofttimes mixes scientific theory & reality with his view on the world, and makes a hash of information technology. He adds cypher to the Philadelphia Experiment, and repeats drivel such equally hush-hush government, illuminati, and and so on.

Sacred Geometry and Right Eye of Horus are interesting, only based on a flawed & loose interpretation of Genesis.

From chapter xviii. The Breath of Life, it gets interesting and the department on re-birthing, healing and Life Context are good, just over again this is a collection of thoughts written by someone else, non this writer, who does try to claim information technology equally his experience.

On the whole though, damn confusing, but if y'all tin can get by the first couple of chapters and aren't pissed off - you've done well.
